Our Grant Funding

 
The Company of Management Consultants Charitable Fund

Our Charitable Fund (registered charity number 1059212) provides modest grant funding to non-profit organisations for initiatives meeting our funding criteria. It is administered by a Board of Trustees drawn from WCoMC; the Clerk of the Company is the Administrator of the Fund.

The objects of the Fund are drawn widely, but the Trustees have decided that the bulk of grant funding should be directed at initiatives where Members’ expertise and our funds can help to build sustainable capacity which will make a positive impact on social outcomes. A subsidiary focus for funding is on the development of the profession of management consulting.

In both areas, the trustees will look favourably on applications which combine financial support with ProBono Assistance from WCoMC, and particularly where the application is supported by a Member of WCoMC.

If you wish to apply for a grant, please first review our grant assessment process and eligability criteria, here.  Then download and complete our application form. Funding decisions are made at our quarterly Trustee Meetings, which usually fall in January, April, July and October.  It is therefore recommended that applications are submitted by the end of the preceding month so that a fromal grant assessment can be carried out before the next Trustee Meeting.  We cannot therefore guarantee to provide a definitive outcome on any grant assessment in anything less than three months.
