Your Master's Voice:

This is now around the mid-way point of a Master's year, so a useful milestone at which to take a brief look back - as well as forward. When compared with many other Companies, we are of course still very young and fast evolving. Our newsletter is widely read and admired, as is our focus on pro bono work and our events (such as our recent Livery Dinner) to which other companies are invited as guests. We have lots of vibrant activities - the wine club's recent very enjoyable trip to Germany (to buy wine on your - and their - behalf) being a great example and the Clerk's office, the hub of all the Company's management, is about to get additional resource on board within a couple of weeks. At our buffet suppers, over the next couple of months, we have some great speakers looking at the many challenges facing UK education and how traditional approaches could really be changed for the better! Meanwhile we will soon be discovering who is to be our new Mayor and whether we intend to remain in Europe - quite a meal to digest before the Summer holidays! So I hope you find time to enjoy this newsletter and look forward to seeing many of you at one or more of our evening get togethers.
