​Mentor Training Workshop

This event is for Members of the Company who are interested in mentoring our pro-bono clients. We will be joined by members of other Livery Companies whose mentoring initiatives vary from ours and whose clients do not necessarily have the same leadership roles as ours. So the diverse backgrounds and areas of expertise of the participants will provide the cross fertilisation of ideas and approaches that should lead to a stimulating day. Participant numbers will be limited to 12.

The workshop will be led by David Glassman and Jeff Herman. Its focus will be on harnessing participants’ professional experience to mentoring practices using the tools, tips and techniques that will be offered. Some material will be presented – and circulated beforehand – and case studies will provide an opportunity to role play in a safe setting. Further details will follow closer to the date.

Please note that there will be a charge of £20 per person, payable in cash on arrival. Late cancellations and no-shows will also be charged.

Dress code is Business Attire.
