Operationalising the strategy process: doing strategy properly

British Academy of Management (BAM) and Centre for Management Consulting Excellence (CMCE) are pleased to welcome Dr Steve Gibbs to lead this interactive workshop in which he will discuss how to operationalise the strategy process and “do strategy properly”.

It will cover both the complexity of the strategy process and how leaders are supported in its practical delivery, acknowledging the very unique realities of individual organisations. This will be an interactive workshop, with space for group dialogue.

After 26 years in publishing and logistics industries, the majority at senior executive level, including eight years as Managing Director, Dr Steve Gibbs then completed a 16-year career as a full-time academic lecturing in strategic management and leadership. He now supports executive development, specialising in strategic dialogue, governance, complexity, growth, strategic change and productivity. He has a PhD in strategic leadership and an Executive MBA, both from Lancaster University Management School.

This is the latest in CMCE’s Business Strategy and Transformation series of events. Please use the links to find out more about previous events in the series.
