​Worshipful Company of Coopers' Cask Race

The Worshipful Company of Coopers is drunning thier fourth annual Cask Race, a remarkable event taking place in the historic setting of Guildhall Yard, a site steeped in the legacy of London's Roman amphitheatre.

This 2025 edition promises to be a thrilling spectacle, where teams of four will compete fiercely for the coveted title of racing champions.

Join us for a morning filled with spirited fun, friendly competition, and abundant laughter.

Teams are encouraged to perfect their barrel-rolling technique from 08:30, with the official race festivities commencing at 09:30. This is a unique opportunity to master the art of cask rolling ahead of the main event.

Participants are asked to embrace the spirit of the event by wearing fancy or team dress—let your creativity shine!

Dress suitably for this physical activity. Comfortable clothing and sturdy footwear are essential.

For your safety and comfort, gloves will be provided to each participant on the day of the race.
