My most interesting project #5
The most interesting project that I ever did
This next edition in our popular series is once again drawing upon the experience of our membership. While most have been about a particular project, the presentations have actually been about formative experiences in our members' consulting careers. Our next two speakers are:
Sue Ells: who will talk about "Doing more with less for Sir Mike Rake at BT". Sir Mike is a well-known UK top manager and was Chairman at BT when Sue was asked to direct his Corporate Social Responsibility programme in 2010. Sue will share some of the highs, lows and learnings from her 3 year experience leading the programme: learning that she's been using as a consultant ever since.
Ron Cruickshank: who will talk on the development of "The 3P Triangle" - a model developed to obtain actions from within a business when improving their business proposition. Ron will explain and give practical examples of how the model addresses the classic problem of the client expecting the consultant to develop the underlying assumptions of a client's Business Plan.
