Professional Development

Personal knowledge and skills

The Education Committee organises informal seminars during the year where opportunities are created for an exchange of ideas and experiences between company members and also to learn from others, especially clients.  They are typically held in Cass Business School, from 6.00 pm to 8.30pm and a modest charge is made to cover the cost of catering.

The Committee also organises an annual Education Supper in June with a leading external speaker presenting on a topical issue concerned with education and/or professional development.  These aim to:

  • Develop debate about the processes, content and history of consultancy within and outside our membership

  • Encourage and support the development of knowledge and understanding within management consultancy

  • Help our membership in their continuing professional development

Our professional development activities help to increase public awareness of the Company and developing interest in the Company among the many varied individuals and organisations that comprise the management consulting community.
