Business Planning enabled by AI

SOSTAC® is a simple methodology based on information, intelligence and logic, comprising six steps:

Situation Analysis: where are you now?

Objectives: where are we going/where do we want to go?

Strategy: how do we get there?

Tactics:  the details of strategy

Actions: how do we ensure excellent execution of the tactics?

Control: how do we know we’re getting there?

In this showcase the developer of the SOSTAC® methodology, Paul Smith, will describe the methodology and highlight how it can be supported by the use of AI tools.

PR Smith is a best-selling international author and speaker (including TedX Talker) and founder of both SOSTAC® Plans and the NFP edutainment programme The Great Sportsmanship Programme.

He also hosts a weekly 30 min chat on AI, Innovation & Ethics – on Linkedin Events every Friday at 1pm.

Please register to find out more about how SOSTAC® and AI can support you in developing your business plans.
