Video Shoptalk - 17 April 2020
Led by Ranil Perera and Vijay Luthra
Two members who have recently joined the Company will lead the discussion by talking about their experience and current interests in management consulting. Both of them are active consultants in major organisations and tackling some of today's big issues:
- Ranil Perera has been a non-executive director of a listed company and several other FCA authorised firms. He provides risk and compliance consulting assistance to financial firms, and has also provided assistance to the FCA. He was a Risk Management consultant at Deloitte, and a Banking and Financial Services consultant at PWC. His experience includes business strategy - identifying target market segments and developing products and services to meet the needs of these segments, business process re-engineering, and overseeing business systems implementation. He is currently a member of the CBI London Council.
- Vijay Luthra: Following a career as a civil servant, Vijay transitioned to management consulting with PwC and now PA Consulting. His main interest is in understanding how to harness synergies across an organisation to establish opportunities for strategic, digitally enabled transformation to increase revenue, reduce cost and deal with disruption. Most recently this has included implementing strategic initiatives to accelerate growth and reduce cost in private equity backed companies. He is a former school governor, local councillor and is currently the non-executive directive of a not for profit management vehicle responsible for a Grade II listed, 420 residential unit building in central London.
Join our video conference and listen to what Ranil and Vijay have to say, then join in a facilitated discussion of ideas and opportunities amongst participants. You will need to provide your own drinks available to facilitate the discussion!
