Admissions Ceremony and New Master's Reception

Following a formal Admissions Ceremony, take this opportunity to meet new and existing Members and our new Master and Wardens at the start of our Livery Year, over an informal finger buffet with wine in the historic venue of the Members' Dining Room in Guildhall.

In particular this will be an opportunity to discuss the progress of our current three year strategy and our new Master's vision for the Company for the year ahead. With this in mind, he has asked the Chairs of our main Committees to give a quick update on their work in support of the strategy.

The Master has also invited a special guest, Margaret Casely-Hayford, to say a few words during the evening, giving her external perspective of the role and work of WCoMC. She was appointed Chair of international development charity, ActionAid UK, in 2014; previously she was elected to the Board of the Co-op in May 2016 and in June 2016 was appointed a Trustee on the Board of the Radcliffe Foundation which is a 300 year old organisation that funds arts and music projects.
