CMCE Consulting Research Conference

A half-day conference covering recent research relating to management consulting.  This event is open both to Company Members and Non-Members to book.

The CMCE Consulting Research Conference is designed to promote the sharing of academic research and practitioner experience in the management consulting community with the launch of our annual Research Awards in 2019.

The conference will commence with a Keynote Speaker, followed by presentations from the authors of the winning entries in each of three categories:

  • Technology and consulting: the application of new technologies and their relevance to consultancy
  • The changing role of the consultant: timeless soft skills and new methodologies
  • Client-consultant relationships: governance, trust, integrity, social responsibility

In addition to presenting the Awards for these three categories, the Company's Urwick Cup will be presented to the best paper overall.

The conference will take place at Goodenough College and will commence at 1.30pm and conclude by 6.00pm.  It will be followed by a reception where attendees can enjoy good food and wine, and network with their colleagues and fellow attendees.
