This is a forum for those who have been involved in pro bono mentoring engagements and for those who are interested and would like to hear what is involved.  This event is open both to Company Members and Non-Members to book.

WCoMC Mentoring Forum

The aim for the evening is to share experiences within the confines of the absolute confidentiality we offer to our mentoring clients.  As peers from diverse backgrounds and practicing in different disciplines, we all have something to offer to colleagues from our varying areas of professional expertise.  We have all nurtured and supported younger talent without necessarily calling it mentoring.

The agenda will emerge from early discussion on the night.  It will include contributions on "what worked" and "what didn't work" together with tools, tips, templates and mentoring models.  There will also be scope for discussion about our client focus and delivery approach and any other matters that attendees wish to raise.

The forum will take place in the upstairs room at the Artillery Arms, where there will be a buffet selection at 6pm and you will be able to purchase drinks of your choice.

Participants already booked are listed here.

Please note that there is a charge of £15 cash payable on the evening to cover the cost of the buffet.
