The people challenges facing professional
service firms over the next 5 years

Martin Blackburn is UK People Director for KPMG.  A qualified accountant, he transferred into HR whilst working at EY and has extensive experience of professional service firms including the legal sector with an eight year tenure at Baker & McKenzie.

The evening will be a broad look at the landscape faced by all professional services firms, of which management consultancy is a major player. It is inevitable that the impact of millennials and robotic automation will be part of the discussion (robotic management consultants - say no more!)
