Pro-bono Mentoring Giving and Gaining as a Mentor Members of the Company are encouraged to become Mentors and contribute their time and experience to help expand the Mentoring Scheme. Mentoring is a great way of ‘Giving and Gaining’. It is now well-recognised that mentoring experiences add to personal development through the shifts of perspective and the challenges encountered. Moreover, Company Members have found that the mentoring of senior individuals within the not-for-profit sector yields new friends and rich new veins of sector experience.
