Description:    ETHOS: The Centre for Responsible Enterprise at Cass Business School invites you to debate the future of audit and reporting in the light of the recent report on Carillion.   We are delighted to announce the following speakers each of whom will give a 10 minute ‘provocation’ to prime our discussion:

David Jackson, Group Company Secretary, BP

Previously General Counsel and Company Secretary at PowerGen and has held positions at Matthew Hall, AMEC, Chloride Group, Nestle UK, and Barlow Lyde & Gilbert. He is a member of the Listing Authorities Advisory Committee. He is also a Director of Business in the Community and Chairman of the Leadership Team of Business in the Environment.

Kulbir Shergill, Head of Diversity and Inclusion at Grant Thornton LLP; Partner, Benton and Shergill

Has worked with and advised major professional services companies, Government Agencies, International Charities and Community Interest Companies including Accenture, AXA Investment Management, The Bank of England, The Law Society, British Red Cross, National Housing Federation. Government Adviser on Procurement and Diversity for the commercial sector. She is a member of the Livery Company for Management Consultants.
